NON-MEMBER APPLICATIONS for the
ALL SOOKE ARTS & CRAFTS CHRISTMAS SHOW
Thank you for your interest in our All Sooke Arts and Crafts 2011 Christmas Craft Fair. This show is open to members of the All Sooke Arts & Crafts Association, and each year we are able to offer space to some selected non-member exhibitors. Starting on July 1, 2011, we will be able to consider non-member requests for space in our show, and if we believe your items will complement the items of our members and enhance the overall quality of our show, we will be happy to consider your application.
If you would like to be considered for a non-member space in our show, you can:
1. use the "Contact Us" page to send information about yourself and your craft, or
2. you can submit an application form with payment using the application from the link below.
APPLICATIONS FORMS FOR NON-MEMBERS
You may print an application form the link below and submit it anytime before July 1, 2011, but will not be offered a space in the show until after this date. Please note, there is not a first-come, first-served waitlist. Starting on July 1, 2011, we will review non-member applications. If space is available and if we believe your items will complement the items of our members and enhance the quality of our exhibits, we will be happy to offer you a space in our show. We will not consider non-member applications from vendors with product that duplicates that of our members; it is unlikely that any non-member spaces will be offered to vendors with product in the jewelry, preserves, or knitting categories. Please feel free to contact the Show Convenor prior to submitting your application.
