MEMBERSHIP
* Membership of the All Sooke Arts & Crafts Association should renew their membership by the end of January each year.
* Those interested in becoming a member should attend the meeting in January and apply for membership. New members are accepted between January and June of each year. There is a cap to the number of memberships available due to space limitations in the Christmas Craft Fair.
* There are three classes of membership - individual - family - honorary.
* Individual members must be 16 years of age or older. Family members are those from one family.
* ALL NEW MEMBERS MUST RESIDE IN SOOKE, SHIRLEY, JORDAN RIVER, PORT RENFREW, OR EAST SOOKE, and will have immediate voting rights for the current year.
* To remain in good standing, a member shall have:
- paid current membership dues
- have attended no less than five meetings in a calendar year and have performed volunteer service for the club
* Members in good standing shall receive status at the shows.
* Annual fees shall be paid by January 31 of the current year.
* Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month, unless cancelled by the Executive.
